Our warranty extension contracts Sure 3+ are optional services that ensure the operation of the indicated apparatus over a periode of 3 years with a minimal downtime. In the event of breakdown or dysfunction, the apparatus which is under contract is repaired on site or is replaced within 3 working days.

The warranty extension contracts Sure 3+ cover all equipments and manufacturing defects to the exception of non-conform use.

The duration of the contracts is 3 years. The contracts include all repair, replacement, spare parts, workmanship, shipping, travelling, and telephone assistance expenses. Repairs due to a non-conform use are subject to a quote which is transmitted beforehand and confirmed by the customer. The non-conform use is defined in the respective instruction manuals of the balances. The detailed conditions are described under the general Conditions for the after-sales service.
