EXAPURE™ tips are engineered for a wide variety of pipettors and are ideal for various brands of pipettors and multi-channel pipettors. Our universal tips feature the universal grip design, using flexible materials with a series of bands and supports producing a positive seal. EXAPURE™ tips have thin walls and a small tip surface area which greatly minimises the liquid retention. In addition the small surface area reduces the touch-off angle between the outer tip wall and the receiving sample tube. This reduced touch-off angle virtually eliminates the potential of capillary retention between the tip orifice and the tube wall. Each of our tips is molded to give a flash-free and uniform delivery orifice for consistent accuracy and reproducible sample delivery. All our tips are provided with calibration lines at specific volumes, acting as visual checks to minimise any risk of errors during sample aspiration.

All EXAPURE™ Tips are DNase, RNase, pyrogen and metal-free.

EXAPURE™ Filtre Tips adopt the very latest micropore technology to ensure that all aerosols and liquids are prevented from entering the pipettor. This technology eliminates the need for additives such as sodium that are found in self-sealing type filters and which also has the disadvantage of trapping samples in the tip once the filter is sealed. EXAPURE™ Filtre Tips use virgin Polyethylene filters without additive to avoid any potential source of contamination, and their micropore technology ensures that the filters cannot trap liquid in the tip. In the case the filter becomes wet due to an inadvertent over-pipetting, it will act as a barrier to the passage of liquid, yet the sample in the tip may still be dispensed in the normal way, and can be re-used without fear of contamination.

All EXAPURE™ Filtre Tips are DNase, RNase, pyrogen and metal-free.

Sample retention can be a major contributor to pipetting inaccuracy, and siliconisation of tips has proved to be unsatisfactory because of autoclaving and contamination problems. A new polymer has been developed - Novelle-Polypropylene - which produces a “super slick surface” on our new EXAPURE™ ULR Tips, which improves even more with autoclaving and cannot leach from the tip surface. liquid retention by near 85 % and decreases the standard deviation of the retained volume by more than 75 %.

Liquid handling accuracy and precision are essential to success in today’s molecular biology, especially for DNA analysis and protein handling. The EXAPURE™ ULR Tips reduce the binding, thus increasing the sample delivery accuracy. Tests demonstrate that EXAPURE™ ULR Tips significantly reduce the amount of DNA and protein bound at the tip. Furthermore EXAPURE™ ULR Tips offer a marked improvement over the best low retention technologies..

EXAPURE™ Microtubes cover standard volumes for a variety of sample tests. They are available in 1.5 ml and 2.0 ml volumes. The microtubes can withstand high centrifugal forces, are temperature- and chemical-resistant and guaranteed against leaks.

An innovative and modern new generation of microtubes with new features. Perfect sealing qualities, an excellent chemical stability and optimal construction materials guarantee highest resistance to centrifugal forces and chemicals.
The flat frosted lid and the writing surface on the body of the tubes offer a generous labeling area. The improved lid geometry makes them easy to open and to close. For a better visual control of the volume the tubes are equipped with a graduation scale from 0.1 to 1.5 or 2.0 ml.
Autoclavable when open (121° C, 20 min).
All EXAPURE™ Microtubes are DNase, RNase, pyrogen and metal-free.

The EXAPURE™ Spin Columns filter-tube-system is specially developed for use in purifications, isolations and separation of biomolecules, particularly DNA/RNA. The filter tube has a well volume of 800 µl, which is ideal for a Spin Column System and is constructed from high grade clear polypropylene. The filter tubes can be delivered with various membranes (filters) for your choice for different applications. In general all filter tubes have a prefilter for more protection of the membranes. They can be delivered with up to three membranes in one filter tube.
New receiver tubes with 1.5 and 2.0 ml volumes, specially designed for fitting with the filter tubes complete the system.
Injection moulded from autoclavable, non-wetable, premium grade, virgin polypropylene in accordance with ISO 9000 and DIN standards. Also suitable as centrifuge tubes with calibration lines at specific volumes, acting as visual checks to minimize any risk of errors during sample handling. The EXAPURE™ Syringe Filters are specifically designed for purification, isolation and separation. The syringe filters are made of carefilly selectected membranes to ensure the highest filtration reliabilty. Moreover, the filter design is optimised for the highest flow while minimsing the dead volume. The housing is made of a specifically selected polypropylene grade for sterile applications as well as against highly corrosive chemicals.

The EXAPURE™ Syringe Filters PES have been designed for the filtration of sterile media, serums, buffers and other aqueous solutions. The glass microfiber pre-filter ensures an economical filtration of serums while maintaing the filtration capacity of the PES membrane which is specifically selected for its low protein binding properties. The EXAPURE™ In-Line Filters feature a housing made out of a specifically selected high purity polypropylene grade to maintain sample purity and for sterile applications as well as against highly corrosive chemicals. They are available with a choice of filtration membrane to suit a broad range of applications with aqueous, gaseous and organic samples. The most advanced technologies have been used to ensure convenience and performance for inline sterilisation of gases and bacterial air venting in various pharmaceutical and biotechnology processes. The large 50 mm in-line filters are designed for larger volume sample filtration in the laboratory, at a pilot plant or in manufacturing.

The EXAPURE™ In-Line Filters ITF feature a PTFE (Teflon) membrane which is specifically designed for chemically aggressive solutions, reagents and organic solvents. This lightweight device is particularly suitable for protective vents and for in-line filtration and isolation purposes.
The EXAPURE™ In-Line Filters IPF feature a PP (polypropylene) membrane which provide excellent flow rate characteristics and is ideal for filtering large volumes to 1 litre or more of aqueous and solvent samples. They are specifically designed to connect directly into an HPLC line to simultaneously filter and degas the mobile phase as it is being used. They possess a high-flow polypropylene membrane for mobile phases containing organic solvents or other highly corrosive liquids such as acids or bases. The 1/8" MNPT filter connection is designed to match the most difficult specifications for leak-free applications. The EXAPURE™ In-Line Filters IPF filter with ease highly loaded as well as viscous solutions without leaking, unlike filters horse-barb connections. The 5 µm porosity membrane filters particularly well the coarser particles that would rapidly obstruct conventional 0.2 or 0.45 µm filters. The EXAPURE™ In-Line Filters PP 5-50 fulfil the most demanding requirements in the chemical, but also in the food and ink industry.
EXAPURE™ In-Line Filters are autoclavable, individually packed and metal-free.
