Model 3500 Series pH/mV/Temperature
Meters |
|
Accurate, reliable, comfortable analysis
with great value for money. |
|
-
The Model
3505 is a versatile unit which utilises the best of modern
technology to simplify operation without sacrificing accuracy
or reliability. A simple to use laboratory pH/mV/temperature
meter that uses rotary controls for mode selection, pH calibration
and manual temperature adjustment.
- With a customised liquid crystal display,
determination of pH, mV and associated temperature levels can
readily be achieved with the minimum of operator training. Calibration
routines are simplified by the use of supplied buffers and consistent
results are obtained by using the automatic stable reading indicator.
Remote monitoring and data collection is facilitated by the
provision of both analogue and digital outputs and in the event
of power removal, all user defined parameters are retained.
- Temperature compensated pH measurements
- Rotary pH calibration controls
for buffer and slope
- Accidental calibration change
prevented during measurement
- Low battery indication
- Analogue recorder output (buffered
electrode potential)
- Wall mounting option
- Ideal for routine laboratory
applications
- Simple operation
- Simultaneous readout of pH and
temperature
- Manual ATC
- The Model
3510 is a laboratory unit which incorporates many sophisticated
features but also offers simplicity of operation.
- A general purpose pH/mV/temperature
bench meter for use in laboratory situations. The meter supports
1, 2 or 3 point pH calibration on either manually entered pH
buffer values or automatically temperature compensated buffers
to DIN 19 266, JIS Z 8802 and NIST. The instrument includes
a 32 reading memory facility.
- decimal place pH resolution
- 3 point pH calibration
- Choice of pH calibration buffer
types
- Differential pH input
- 32 reading memory
- RS232 serial interface
- Analogue recorder output (buffered
electrode potential)
- Wall mounting option
- Back lit custom liquid crystal
display
- The Model
3520 is a fully specified laboratory pH/mV/temperature
meter that includes full support for good laboratory practices
(GLP). The meter supports 1, 2 or 3 point pH calibration on
either manually entered pH buffer values or automatically temperature
compensated buffers to DIN 19 266, JIS Z 8802 and NIST. Powerful
data logging capabilities are included with the ability to store
up to 512 readings either manually, at timed intervals or on
alarm events. The Model 3520 has the following features
in addition to those of Model 3510:
- Security code protected user
data
- Calibration data status display
- Calibration reminder
- 512 reading memory
- Comprehensive data logging option
- IrDA printer interface
- Alarm outputs (open collector
and audible)
- Back lit 1/8 VGA monochrome liquid
crystal display
- Multi-language operation
The Model
3540 is ideal for use in water testing applications and
in all laboratories where pH and conductivity analysis is required.
It offers a space saving and flexible approach to the measurement
of these two parameters. The bright back lit LCD has five separate
tabbed screens, each accessed with the simple navigation keys.
The set-up menu gives quick and easy access to the wide range
of instrument, pH and conductivity measurement options. Calibration
of both the pH and conductivity channels is automatic, with the
option to select 1, 2 or 3 calibration points for each. Automatically
recognised pH buffers conforming to the NIST, DIN and JIS standards
can be overridden by manually entered values, as can the 4 automatically
recognised conductivity standards. An option to calibrate the
conductivity channel to a cell constant is also included for quick
and simple conductivity measurements. The conductivity channel
has a special ultra-pure water function which enables the ideal
temperature compensation algorithm for this exacting application.
Other modes of operation enable Resistivity, Salinity and TDS
measurement. The pH channel can also display mV values to 0.1mV
resolution, enabling ORP/Redox measurements to be made.
- Simultaneous display of pH &
Conductivity
- Tabbed display screens with set-up
menu options
- Built in data logger with auto save/print
- Additional modes for Resistivity,
Salinity, TDS & mV
- Automatic or manual calibration options
- Two independent channels (e.g; pH
&/or Conductivity)
- The in-built data logger can store
up to 250 pH and conductivity readings based on manual or automatically
timed triggers, as well as from stability and alarm status.
Logged results can either be sent to the internal memory or
via the RS232 serial port to the optional printer. The comprehensive
GLP functions include calibration reminders and status tracking,
operator and sample ID management and a supervisor security
code for all set-up options. .
- The Model 3540 has the following
features in addition to those of Model 3520:
- Conductivity,TDS and salinity
measurement capability
- Channel configuration: independent
pH+ATC & Cond+ATC
- Conductivity range: 0 to 1.999S;
resolution: 0.01µS to 1mS
- TDS range: 0 to 1999g/l; resolution:
0.01mg/l to 1g/l
- Resistivity range: 10K to 20M
ohms; resolution: 0.01M ohms
- Salinity
range: 0 to 99.9g/l; resolution: 0.1g/l.
