  • The UV/WL (white light) table is a dual purpose table featuring two 200 x 200mm illumination areas. One area, a 254, 312 or 365nm UV source (DNA/RNA visualization). The second area is a white light source (viewing or photography of protein gels, autoradiograms or microtiter plates).

    Vilber Lourmat introduces Super-Bright, a new breakthrough transilluminator
  • The Super-Bright is equipped with an innovative UV filter which dramatically improves the quality of gel visualization and gel documentation. The Super-Bright filter stops all the visible light produces by the UV tubes. This makes the tubes non visible and thus improves the contrast between the gel fluorescence and the black filter : you can see the very faint bands.
